As expected and discussed on our last post this afternoon, Paris Saint-Germain officialized the arrival of defensive midfielder Danilo Pereira (29) from FC Porto.
Under contract until June 2022 with the Portuguese champion, the Lusitanian international, who is a must in the eleven shaped by Sergio Conceiçao, becomes the third Parisian recruit after the Italian right-back Alessandro Florenzi and the transalpine striker Moise Kean.
A real sentinel, Danilo arrives in Paris to take up a position that has never really been filled since the departure of Thiago Motta. The Portuguese international (39 caps, 2 goals) had joined FC Porto in 2015 from Maritimo after passing through Estoril, his training club, Benfica, Parma, Aris Salonique and Roda.
